Goals
Setting small, realistic, goals are important because with each small achievement, you're pushing yourself to do better. Setting the bar too high causes stress and the feeling that you could be doing better. But when you set smaller goals for yourself, for example, finishing a book in a desired number of weeks, or getting a B or above on a test; you're easily achieving something that makes you feel good.
Some of my goals for this school year are to get a 4.0 gpa or above, staying on top of all of my school work, and to be stress and worry free as long as I can be. Getting straight A's is really important to me because not only will it make me happy, I know it will make my parents happy as well and that's all I really want. I had a problem with keeping up with my school work last year, I won't lie. But so far this year I've been working really hard to turn all my work on time, and completed to perfection. So far, the school year has been pretty chill. Nothing too hectic has been going on and I've been pretty stress free, hopefully it stays that way.
My goals for my future are pretty well thought out. I want to go to a four year university that is in California, and then I want to go to nursing school. Once I become a nurse, I would like to get married and start a family as soon as possible because I would also like to be a mother.
