Goals

Everybody has goals in life that they would obviously want to accomplish. However, I think it is important to set realistic goals in life because they need to be able to reach. It's not good setting goals that you wish for but can't happen. Goals must be possible for you to achieve and not wait for them to never complete. Furthermore, I think goals should also be time sensitive in order for you to not waste so much time in one that is not worth it. Make goals that may consume time but also be accomplished in that amount of time. Don't waste your life in a goal that will take you forever to achieve and at the end not being as valuable no more.
My goals for this year in English class is being able to express my ideas and opinions more frequently and with confidence. I want to be more involved in the discussions in class. Also, I want to improve my writing in a way that would make it more interesting and well-written. As a reader, I would like to extend my vocabulary and read more fluently. To add on, I want to be able to understand and interpret complex pieces of literature more easily and fast. However, outside of English class, I would like to be more involved in school activities and clubs.
My goals for the future are graduate for high school and go to a four-year university. This is an important goal for me because I want to have the opportunity to keep on learning after high school about the things that I am more interested in and could give me a happy life. This will also make my family proud of me which is something I always wish for. It could also help me improve the life of my family and others. Another goal I have is receiving a degree that is related to human health. This will give me the chance to help others. One crucial value I have is helping others whenever it's possible. I want to help people in as many ways I can and being able to help them in their health issues is one of them.

  1. I admire that you want to pursue a career that puts the recipient as the main priority as oppose to your own benefit whether its money or a social status.
